For people who want to cut down, or quit

Cut back, not cold turkey.

Warm Turkey helps you drink, smoke, scroll, or spend less, on iPhone and Android. You choose what less means: a weekly budget you can live with, or quitting outright. Either way you see real progress in weeks, not a streak to lose in one bad night.

How it works

An instrument panel, not a judge

Sobriety apps hand you a Day 1 counter and a streak to dread losing. Warm Turkey starts from what you actually want, whether that’s four drinks a week instead of fourteen or none at all, and keeps honest score either way.

Track

Set a budget you can actually win

Pick a habit and give it a weekly or daily budget: alcohol, smoking, screen time, or one you define yourself. Nine drinks against a ten-drink budget is a win, and the app says so.

Logging is one tap. Even the day boundary is kind: a 1am drink belongs to the night it happened, not to tomorrow morning.

Ride it out

Urges pass. We’ll wait with you.

Urges work like waves. They build, they crest, and within a few minutes they fade. When one hits, open the urge tool for a few quiet minutes with the reason you started, in your own words.

Need more than a few minutes? Real, human help is signposted right there. Never a chatbot pretending to be one.

Benefits

Watch the money come back

The app adds up the money you haven’t spent and the hours you’ve got back. It even counts the calories. Every figure is worked out from your own logs, never a stock statistic.

Name what the savings are for, a holiday or a bike, and watch the pot fill up.

Understand

Trends that tell the truth, kindly

Compare this week with last and spot the weekdays that catch you out. When you do better, the app celebrates. When you don’t, it calls it “a tougher stretch”: something to notice, not something to fix.

“A slip today doesn’t undo the journey.”
The sort of thing Warm Turkey actually says to you. The tone is the feature: no nagging, and no “Day 1” reset waiting at the bottom of a bad night.
Privacy

What you track is nobody’s business. Including ours.

This is some of the most sensitive data you could put in an app, so Warm Turkey is built to never have it. There is no account and no server holding your history. Everything you log lives on your phone.

Kept honest: the subscription layer sends anonymous purchase data and a count of your habits, never which ones. Details in the Privacy Policy.

  • No account, no sign-upThe app never asks who you are. There is nothing to breach.
  • On your phone, not in a cloudEverything you log stays on the device, full stop.
  • Discreet by designNotifications never name your habit, so nothing can out you on a lock screen.
  • Leave with your dataExport a backup whenever you like. Your history is yours, in a portable file.
Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

I do want to quit entirely. Is this still for me?

Yes. Quitting is one of the goal types. Taper down on a schedule or stop outright, with the same tone and the same honest numbers. Warm Turkey just doesn’t assume that’s what you want.

Is this a medical or treatment app?

No. Warm Turkey is a personal tracking and motivation tool. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and it doesn’t give medical advice; it says so in its own Terms. If you may be dependent (stopping alcohol suddenly can be dangerous), the app warns you at the moment it matters and points you to real support services.

What can I track?

Alcohol, smoking, vaping, caffeine, screen time, spending and more. You can also define your own habit with its own unit and cost. Each habit gets its own budget and its own trends.

Where does my data live?

On your phone. There’s no account and no server holding your history. You can export a backup file whenever you like and restore it on a new device.

How much does it cost?

Warm Turkey is a subscription: weekly with a 7-day free trial, or a discounted annual plan. Exact pricing for your region is shown in the app, and the trial reminds you before it converts so you can cancel in good time.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and Android phones, and it works on iPad too. It’s built for the UK and US.

Have a few better weeks.

That’s the whole job. No streak worship and no guilt trips. Just a calm, honest instrument panel for a habit you’d like less of.
